World Irish Dance Successes

Two pupils, Jessica Everitt, 10JW and Aless Enwright, M7JA, took part in the World finals for Irish Dance in Boston USA over the Easter Holidays.

Thousands took part in the qualifying rounds with over 180 teams in the finals. Jess did exceptioanlly well and we are really proud that to add to her Midlands and British Titles she can now claim a World Individual Silver title!

Aless also did exceptionally well competing in the team events and competing at well above her age. She achieved a team silver in the U16 Figure,6th in the Senior team figure and 15th in the U16 team Ceilidh.
