Wishing you all a peaceful Christmas

Dear Parents, relatives, staff and friends of Bowbrook House School,

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very peaceful and enjoyable Christmas and thank you all for your support in so many ways over the very busy run in to the end of term. I have updated the gallery with plenty of images from the end of term activities for you all to enjoy.

To the staff for their energy and enthusiasm, especially the Staff Pantomime which was ‘unforgettable’ ! To Rhys Bale and Archie Leech of Year 10 for writing the pantomimime and for so many staff for their committment at this busy time of year. The children loved it and it put the icing on the cake at Christmas.

To all the children, thankyou. It really was a very enjoyable and smooth run in to the Christmas holidays. Children gave their time and talent to so many events; the Carol service at Pershore Abbey was wonderful (thank you Miss Buzzing) the readers, the choirs, the Alcester Silver Band and of course the congregation, all made for a moving Bowbrook ‘family’ celebration of Christmas in the wonderful surroundings of the Abbey.

The Christmas discos, school Christmas dinner, the House Cross Country and House Tug of War were all conducted in good spirit and made the end of time a very busy but very enjoyable experieince.

I hope that families can enjoy the holidays whilst re-charging their batteries and will come back renewed for the challenges of the Spring Term. The arts week beckons for all but, before that, Year 11 will need to revise conscientiously for their mock GCSEs in January. It promises to be another busy, fulfilling and challenging term for all.
