U9s football Victorious

Under 9s – Won 3 Drew 1 and winners overall.

Under 10s – won 2 Drew 2 and second place overall.

The annual 5 a side football tournament was held on Tuesday 8th November and we were pleased to welcome 7 other primary and Middle schools to Bowbrook.

The matches were keenly fought and very well supported and in the end it came down to goal difference and even then only one goal split the teams…but ultimately Bowbrook Under 9s were victorious and were very pleased to be presented with the trophy by Mr Mills the tournament organiser and Assistant Headteacher.

Well done to all the pupils who worked hard all afternoon. To th local school’s PE staff who gave up there afternoon and of course to Mr Mills for orgainsing another splendid event that ran like clockwork!
